Using the PDCA cycle (Plan, Do, Check, Act) as a methodology, the study provides a systematic approach to improving data management, ensuring its accuracy, relevance, and security. It concludes that applying the PDCA cycle not only facilitates compliance with the GDPR but also promotes a culture of data quality, enhancing companies’ resilience and competitive advantage.
