In a world dominated by electronic documents, the Electronic Information System (Sistema Eletrônico de Informação - SEI) stands out in Brazil. Adopted by a vast number of government entities, it has become a strategic asset for the University of Brasília (UnB) since its implementation in 2016. Within its archiving process, SEI records all user operations on documents and within the system itself, commonly referred to as the system log. However, due to the significant number of users and interactions, resulting in a huge volume of records, the response time for queries on these log records has gradually worsened over time, making it challenging to work with in most cases today. The objective of this project is to propose an adjacent data, ambassade dimensional modeling, which will receive compiled data from the log repository. This structure is loaded with a carefully selected subset of information and processed in a way that can efficiently address the most majority of user demands.
