The Iberian Landscape of Information Systems and Technologies: A Bibliometric Analysis of 18 Years of CISTI Proceedings
摘要
This paper presents a bibliometric analysis of 18 years of the Iberian Conference on Information Systems and Technologies (CISTI) proceedings. We explore key contributors, thematic evolutions, and collaboration networks within the ICT field as discussed within the Iberian Peninsula. Our findings highlight significant trends in research focus, the centrality of prolific authors and institutions, and the evolution of regional and international collaborations. We also assess the broader impact of global technological trends on regional research directions. This analysis underscores CISTI’s role in shaping ICT research in Iberia and provides strategic insights for future research and policymaking.
