In addition, the Arcade methodology is applied in the development of Kufrix, which adds a clear structure, an intuitive user interface and increased replayability to the game. Kufrix development follows the SUM methodology (Scrum + Unity + Agile Methodology) for video games. The goal of this methodology is to develop high quality games in a time and cost-efficient way, focusing on introducing new perspectives and leveraging innovative software to improve both the development process and the quality of the final game. SUM seeks to deliver predictable results, effectively manage project resources and risks, and achieve high development team productivity. SUM is especially suited to small, multidisciplinary teams, consisting of three to seven members who can work together in one place or in a distributed manner.
