Enhancing an organization’s capacity to effectively address the challenges inherent in project portfolio development and management is essential for ensuring alignment between project objectives and the business’s main strategic goals while promoting organizational sustainability. This study aims to improve the quality and reliability of information used in project management practices, fostering constructive collaboration throughout the organizational spectrum. We present a conceptual Information System artifact supported by a comprehensive review of literature, analysis, and empirical observations.
