Design of a Logistics, Supervision, Control, and Data Acquisition System for an Automation Plant of the Mechatronics and Automation Research Laboratory
摘要
The Mechatronics and Automation Research Laboratory (LIMA) has a control system that allows remote operation of three different MPS FESTO didactic stations: distributing, buffering, and sorting. In addition, there is a MELFA RV-2FB-D robotic arm that also can be controlled remotely using an IoT platform. However, it does not have a logistics system that allows moving parts processed in the plant or a supervision, control, and data acquisition that integrates the entire automation plant of LIMA. In this project, a logistics, supervision, control and data acquisition system is designed, which is integrated into the automation plant with all stations and has local and remote operation modes.
