The process of testing and verifying features before and after releasing an application or service uses a lot of time and team resources in testing large feature sets together. A method was needed to assure more cost and time-effective verification of immersive technology due to its diversity and complexity of features, contemplating as many alternative scenarios as possible, always aiming at providing a high-quality product. After adopting test automation to cover all legacy features and immersive features that could be automated, it was observed that not only was testing time reduced by 91,09%, but it was also possible to be run on a continuous basis. As a result of that, the process disclosed a scalable framework for immersive applications validation that accounts for faster continuous usability feedback, more time and people resources to dedicate to verifying and exploring immersive features.
