摘要

With the rapid advancement of automated vehicles, there has also been a parallel rise in the need for in-vehicle displays. Earlier, instrumentations were used to display the status of the vehicle systems, which were later on digitalized. This further extended with navigation function, infotainment and presently, displays also provide situational awareness by displaying current information of the vehicle and the environment together [1]. In automated vehicles, users tend to spend more time on activities that are not related to driving [2]. Therefore, the interactions with these in-vehicle displays are also significant. Development and testing of in-vehicle displays with physical prototypes are challenging in terms of cost and time [1] .
