Designing for Sustainability Through HCI: A Carbon Label System Leveraging TPB and Social Incentives in China
摘要
In order to solve the problems of insufficient carbon literacy and low conversion rate of low-carbon consumption behaviour of Chinese consumers, this study proposes a sustainable consumption guidance system that integrates carbon label interaction and mobile application platform . The system takes the graded carbon tag of the traffic light colour ring as the core physical entrance, combines NFC technology to realise the real-time query of the carbon footprint of the commodity, and reduces the cognitive burden of users through the hierarchical visual interface. The five functional modules of the mobile terminal (carbon footprint interaction, game incentives, consumption reminders, low-carbon navigation, and UGC community) form a synergistic effect, organically combining carbon knowledge learning, low-carbon behaviour practice and social communication. Gamified task design stimulates user participation, intelligent recommendation plug-ins directly intervene in consumption decisions, and community interaction uses social norms to strengthen behaviour transformation, and finally builds a complete closed loop from individual cognition to group influence.
