From Models to Machines: How Process-Driven Digital Transformation Empowers the BPM Lifecycle
摘要
As digital transformation efforts increase across enterprises, many fail owing to an overemphasis on technology without enough process knowledge. To address this issue, this study proposes a Process-Driven Digital Transformation (PDDT) model that uses Business Process Management (BPM) ideas to integrate models, technology, organizational practices, and operations. Purpose The study examines how process-driven thinking and intelligent technologies like AI and Process Mining might improve digital transformation outcomes. Methodology A qualitative research methodology was used, focusing on document analysis of academic literature and specialized studies to create a new conceptual framework that integrates the BPM lifecycle with intelligent technologies for better results. Originality and Value The study introduces a novel conceptual framework that integrates academic ideas and enterprise intelligence technologies to help firms adapt digitally based on process awareness rather than technology and operations.
