Leadership Dynamics in UAE’s Education Sector: Evaluating the Influence of Transactional, Servant, and Transformational Leadership Styles on Teacher Performance and School Environment in the UAE

Educational institutions’ quality and success depend on leadership. It encompasses a variety of leadership styles that affect educational goals and school stakeholder interactions. Each style has pros and cons. This study examined transformational, transactional, and servant leadership theories in the UAE’s educational sector, taking into account its socio-cultural, economic, and political setting. A qualitative approach used to explore, analyze documents, and critically evaluate literature. This paper is structured as follows: This conversation began with an overview of the UAE’s educational context. Next, each leadership theory has been examined and their applicability and efficacy in the UAE has been assessed. A comparison analysis highlighted cultural alignment, operational efficiency, and model challenges and opportunities. The study came to a close with a brief summary of the results and suggestions for the leadership of the UAE educational sector.
