This paper explores the application of human–machine collaborative decision-making (HMCD) in the design of interactive devices. By combining user preferences with artificial intelligence (AI)-driven decision support, the system improves interaction efficiency and personalized experience. This study focuses on the display scene of the School of Mechanical Engineering of Huazhong University of Science and Technology. The device design incorporates stylized AI image processing, automatic image optimization, and other content. The study compares and analyzes the decision-making efficiency of users and machines, evaluates the user experience, and proposes optimization directions for future interactive devices.
