There are many variations in the microsurgical transfer of toes and toe joints from the foot to reconstruct the hand. However, there are other areas of bone that can be transferred from the foot with minimal morbidity, including partial joint transfer and metatarsal transfer. This chapter will discuss the anatomy and applications of these other “non-toe” microsurgical transfers from the foot.
