Cellular Activation of Surface G-Protein Coupled Receptors as Drug Targets for Skin Wound Healing
摘要
This chapter emphasizes the physiological and pharmacological roles of several G-protein-coupled receptors, including chemokine receptors, prostaglandin receptors, sphingosine-1-phosphate receptors, beta-adrenergic receptors, histamine receptors, purinergic receptors, frizzled receptors, zinc-sensing G-protein-coupled receptor 39 (GPR39), and sweet taste receptor T1R3 on skin wound healing. In addition, mechanisms underlying wound healing mediated by G-protein coupled receptors were also discussed based on accumulating lines of evidence at present. Furthermore, the future perspectives on these therapeutic targets for skin regeneration were additionally addressed.
