We will consider the relationship between artificial and natural intelligence and the competencies that humans transfer to intelligent or autonomous machines. Next, we will estimate what impact AI will have on the labor market in the short and distant future, which professions will be most affected by the impact of AI, and what social and economic impacts these factors will have on the life of human society. We will also devote space to whether intelligent machines can begin to pursue their own goals independent of human will. This question is related to considerations of what human consciousness is and whether a machine can also have its consciousness. Finally, we present several potential scenarios for the future coexistence of intelligent machines with human society in the foreseeable and more distant future, assuming that the hypothesis of consciousness in the machine is not feasible or is instead realistic.
