This paper presents a testbedTestbed that can be used to evaluate methods and tools relevant to the digital transformationDigital transformation of test & evaluationTest & Evaluation (T&E). The testbedTestbed leverages a fictitious case study referred to as Operation Safe Passage (OSP). Due to challenges in accessibility to real systems, data, and models, we selected to use a proxy to prove out the tool and methods. Lego robots offer such a proxy, in which the system context may be controlled and shaped analogously to T&E of a real system (e.g., unmanned ground vehicle (UGV)). We present our justification for using Lego robots as a proxy for the real system and provide insights to our methods and tooling.
