The increasingly diverse population of migrants in universities and healthcare organisations globally provide opportunities for enhancing inclusive and diversified curricula. Co-creation is a way forward for enhancing inclusive and diversified biomedical sciences, anatomy education, and healthcare curricula. Co-creation of an inclusive curriculum can be achieved when educational organisations are able to listen to stakeholders to understand the diversity of ideas on how to develop a more robust, inclusive, and diversified curriculum of education. In this chapter, the co-creation of inclusive and diversified curricula will be depicted using visual forms such as a diagrammatic approach and images. More involvement of people from minority ethnic backgrounds in discussions relating to curriculum development provides valuable opportunities to incorporate diverse perspectives. This will allow educational institutions to gain new insights and perspectives they may not have previously considered, thereby supporting more informed and inclusive decision-making in the co-creation of diverse curricula and learning environments. Co-creation of an inclusive and diversified curriculum involves empowering people from diverse ethnic backgrounds to be part of the solution to decolonisation of the curriculum. In this chapter, images and diagram representations will be used to enhance creativity and overall discussions relating to the co-creation process of inclusive and diversified curricula. The content of the chapter is enriched by diverse contributions from interprofessionals in healthcare involving a midwifery lecturer, a researcher, a medical practitioner, and nursing and midwifery practitioners.

摘要
