Technological entrepreneurship plays a key role in the development of the regions, since it stimulates innovation. Nevertheless, there are problems that interfere with its development at the regional level, such as the lack of experience and innovative ideas. Regional innovative systems have a significant influence on the development of technological entrepreneurship. According to the authors, regions and innovative companies can develop a new digital ecosystem and increase the potential of domestic innovative entrepreneurship through industrial and technology parks. This research highlights the need for the accelerated implementation of digital technologies in the economy. In priority economic sectors, the overall level of digital platform adoption is 31.5%. Over the past two years, the level of digitalization has increased by 1.5 times, indicating the dynamic development of the sector and the potential for applying the latest technologies in business. The implementation of projects in the regions focused on the organization and development of industrial and technology parks contributes to increased investment attractiveness and the advancement of high-tech products. A new stage in the development of innovation and business involves park sites that support the scaling of entrepreneurship and reduce the risks and consequences of crises for residents. Industrial and technology parks serve as centers of concentration for technological entrepreneurship.
