摘要

The research analyzes the integration of smart transport systems and digital solutions into healthcare as a key factor in the sustainable development of future cities. The research aims to identify opportunities and advantages of implementing intelligent technologies to optimize emergency medical services and improve urban quality of life. The research employs a systemic approach, methods of medical and statistical analysis, comparative and strategic analysis, and synthesis of scientific and regulatory sources. The authors examined examples of smart solutions implemented in various countries, including innovative applications for ambulance services, IoT, artificial intelligence, and intelligent traffic management. The results demonstrate that integrating digital platforms and transport systems significantly reduces response times, enhances logistics efficiency, and improves coordination among healthcare infrastructure stakeholders. The novelty of this research lies in its comprehensive analysis of contemporary technological trends and the proposal of an information ecosystem model that promotes harmonious urban development and strengthens healthcare resilience amid urbanization.
