The research focuses on the scientific exploration of prospects for optimizing the organizational and methodological aspects of workforce training in Uzbekistan to support the development of smart transport and digital infrastructure in Central Asia. The research employs correlation and regression analysis methods based on statistical data from 2022 to 2024. As a result, the impact of human resource-related factors on the development of smart transport and digital infrastructure in Central Asian countries is quantitatively measured. The findings indicate that in Central Asia, the advancement of smart transport and digital infrastructure is primarily driven by the scale of workforce training for engineering activities. This includes the development of computer graphics competence and instruction in the fundamentals of modern information technologies. The authors developed an enhanced pedagogical approach for training engineering personnel in the field of smart transport and digital infrastructure in Uzbekistan, emphasizing the cultivation of computer graphics skills and the foundational use of contemporary IT tools. Of particular empirical value is the roadmap for developing smart transport and digital infrastructure in Uzbekistan through 2030 based on workforce provision. This roadmap offers a step-by-step forecast for the sector’s growth, contingent on the level of human resource support.

摘要
