摘要

The research aims to identify the most effective sustainable practice for human resource management (HRM) within smart transport systems that contribute to developing advanced infrastructure in the digital economy. The research is based on the top 15 most developed countries with the highest levels of smart transport system advancement in 2025. Using regression analysis, the research establishes a correlation between developing smart transport systems as the advanced infrastructure of the digital economy and implementing sustainable HRM practices. The authors conclude that developing smart transport systems as a key component of digital economic infrastructure requires flexible and sustainable HRM, grounded in selected key practices. The authors proposed a new classification of sustainable HRM practices based on the contribution to advancing smart transport systems within the digital economy. For each country considered, the research offers practical recommendations for enhancing effective, sustainable HR management practices. The practical significance of the authors’ recommendations lies in their potential to improve national labor market regulation strategies.
