Managing Personnel Risks for the Sustainable Development of Transportation Enterprises
摘要
The research aims to develop the scientific and methodological framework for managing personnel risks to ensure the sustainable development of transportation enterprises in BRICS+13. The research methodology includes the calculation of arithmetic means, variance analysis, and regression analysis. A moderate level of personnel risks for the sustainable development of transportation enterprises in BRICS+13 was identified in 2024, highlighted by the overall high level of personnel support and stability of these enterprises, as well as relatively minor differences in personnel support and stability among the respective countries. The authors constructed an econometric model, revealing a strong and significant impact of personnel support areas on the stability of transportation enterprises in BRICS+13. Consequently, personnel risks characteristic of the sustainable development of transportation enterprises in BRICS+13 countries were systematized and ranked by significance. A scientific and methodological approach to managing personnel risks for the sustainable development of transportation enterprises in BRICS+13 was proposed, which includes target values for control indicators aimed at improving the management of personnel risks in transport-logistics enterprises within BRICS+13 during the Decade of Action. The authors developed an original forecast, demonstrating that implementing the formulated recommendations will ensure the complete stability of transportation enterprises in BRICS+13 by 2030.
