This research explores the factors influencing QRIS users’ intention to continue using the service in Jakarta, applying the Technology Continuance Theory (TCT) model with an added habit variable. Data was gathered from 230 frequent digital payment users (more than three transactions per week) through convenience sampling and analyzed using SmartPLS software. The main findings show that confirmation does not significantly affect perceived usefulness, and perceived usefulness does not affect satisfaction and attitude, and satisfaction also does not significantly affect continued use. However, confirmation affects satisfaction, perceived ease of use significantly affects perceived usefulness and attitude, usefulness affects satisfaction, and satisfaction affects attitude, while attitude and habit positively affect continuance intention. These findings highlight the importance of ease of use, satisfaction, and habit in sustaining QRIS adoption. For regulators, ensuring QRIS evolves with user expectations is crucial, while service providers and businesses should focus on fostering ease of use and habitual engagement to optimize user retention.
