The paper presents the results of experimental study of the acoustoelastic effect during elasto-plastic deformation of aluminum specimens with initial anisotropy of elastic properties made of rolled metal. The orientation of principal stress axes and anisotropy of mechanical properties were determined by rotating a system of orthogonally polarized transverse waves. This approach is based on calculation and analysis of angular diagrams of acoustic anisotropy. It was found that shape of angular diagrams is determined by degree of metal damage. Measurement of angular diagrams of acoustic anisotropy can be used in incoming non-destructive testing of rolled metal, as well as materials with an oriented internal structure.

摘要
