Sheet metal stamping production is characterized by high speed and stability of the parts manufacturing process with high shape repeatability, which is why this technology is widely used in mass production conditions. However, under current import substitution policies and the growing number of research and development projects, stamping is increasingly being used for manufacturing small series and individual product samples. This paper examines issues of optimizing the technological preparation of sheet metal stamping production. Research results showed that a significant reduction in technological preparation duration can be achieved through implementing new technologies, particularly additive technologies, in production preparation processes. The application of modern technologies can also significantly increase the speed of stamping equipment changeover. This study presents an algorithm for applying additive technologies in the production of sheet metal stamping.

摘要
