In this chapter, we have updated the most encountered spinal pathologies that constitute a large part of our daily surgical practice from a dynamic system stabilization perspective. As we looked at it from this perspective, we have stated how unnecessarily fusion is used. For a century, instead of producing different solutions for the same pathologies, we have been trying to discover the possibility of performing fusion surgery with minimally invasive methods. If we give the most obvious example of deformity from a fusion surgery perspective, Luque with laminar wires and Mazda with Universal Clamps showed us that these pathologies can be treated only from the posterior column without including the anterior column. The dynamic systems concept is to make the pedicular system, which allows the anterior column to be shared with the posterior, more flexible. The main purpose is not primarily motion preservation but stabilization in a simple way. In early-stage degenerations, motion preservation may also be considered. Total disc replacement is a treatment method based entirely on preservation of motion, but it has not met the desired results due to its limited area of use, difficult application procedures, and more difficult treatment of complications. This section has been prepared to present certain experiences in order to indicate that the most common pathologies in every stage of degeneration can easily be treated with dynamic systems.

摘要
