Driving Zero-Carbon Agri-tourism Innovations for Sustainable Growth
摘要
This chapter examines how electro-agricultural technology can be applied in agri-tourism as a new form of zero-carbon technology. Electro-agriculture has never been used in agri-tourism, as this chapter aims to suggest its integration into agri-tourism as a tool for driving sustainability, improving agricultural productivity, and providing tourists with fresh experiences. It aims to deliver a new framework of merged electro-agriculture with other cutting-edge agricultural technologies toward a sustainable, economically prudent, and environmentally conscious agri-tourism model. This comprehensive study provides a literature review of electro-agriculture, renewable energy systems, precise farming, vertical farming, and agroforestry. By embodying cutting-edge advances and global case studies, this chapter’s conceptual framework evaluates the technologies in the agri-tourism sector. It integrates theoretical insights and practical solutions to evaluate potentials for fostering steps toward sustainable growth and reduced environmental impacts in agri-tourism. Electro-agriculture is beneficial for many things, but it is still lacking in agri-tourism. The synthesis concludes that these innovations would lead to electro-agriculture, renewable energy, precision farming, and vertical farming, which in turn lead to reduced resource consumption as well as carbon emissions and environmental degradation. This is the first chapter to present electro-agriculture as an application area for agri-tourism and would thus mean a new, applicable framework for emerging technologies toward sustainable development. Groundbreaking in the domain of new ideas, it believes that agri-tourism might be the first step in the global race toward sustainability and environmental stewardship.
