This chapter explores how poetic inquiry serves as a powerful method for capturing everyday classroom moments that, when compiled together, inform our understanding of a broader picture of education. The chapter begins by situating poetic inquiry within the broader field of arts-based educational research, emphasizing how creative forms of representation can reveal emotional, embodied, and relational dimensions of teaching and learning often overlooked in more traditional qualitative methodologies.
