The adoption of nondestructive inspection technologies in consumer goods industries is driven by the need to improve productivity, reduce material and energy consumption, and align with zero-defect manufacturing principles. The digital transformation of quality assurance solutions, especially in the inspection-as-a-service model, requires increased interoperability, data security, and access control mechanisms. This paper explores the integration of token-based authentication and blockchain-based smart contracts into a secure, transparent, and automated inspection service ecosystem. The proposed framework employs Keycloak for authentication, ensuring controlled access to sensitive inspection data. It integrates microservices via Node-RED and Docker for seamless data exchange between inspection solutions, clients and service providers. The integration of the Secure Gateway API prevents unauthorized access to smart contracts, enabling trust in data transactions. The proposed framework supports the servitization of non-destructive inspection technologies, fostering sustainable and collaborative manufacturing environments.

摘要
