Sustainable Balanced Scorecard, Challenges and Opportunities in the Last Decade: Bibliometric Research
摘要
This study aims to explore the theoretical evolution of the Sustainable Balanced Scorecard (SBSC) and its applicability in assessing organisational performance over the last decade. Through a bibliometric analysis, the research seeks to gain a deeper understanding of emerging trends and the effectiveness of its implementation in contemporary organisational contexts. The Scopus database and VOSviewer tool were used in this study; the analysis addressed keyword co-occurrence and countries. The publication and citation amount by year was also examined. Through keyword analysis, the main research gaps and trends, as well as the most relevant study areas, were identified. Furthermore, the analysis by country allowed exploration of the regional implications in these research areas. The findings provide a foundation for future studies and offer a dynamic research direction that enables the assessment of performance from a sustainability perspective.
