Assessing the Effectiveness of Women’s Leadership Programs Through Multicriteria Decision Approach
摘要
This research aims to identify key factors influencing the effectiveness of Women’s Leadership Development Programs (WLDPs). Using the Analytic Network Process (ANP), it evaluates the impact of mentorship, training, program structure, and professional networking. Results show that mentorship is the most influential factor, followed by training and structured networking, while communication strategies have a minor role. Aligning WLDPs with labor market demands enhances their relevance, particularly in underrepresented fields. The findings provide insights for improving program design to support women’s leadership development effectively.
