Influence of External Conditions During Static Load Test of Steel Suspension Footbridge
摘要
The paper describes the basic technical parameters of the steel structure of a suspension footbridge and its spatial location in the terrain with respect to the influence of external conditions. It also describes the static load test procedure, method of load application, load conditions, time context and changes in external conditions. The consistency of the geodetic monitoring results with the expected model values was evaluated. Degree of influence of external conditions on the steel structure of a suspension footbridge from geodetic measurements of the spatial changes without load under conditions similar to those of a static load test was determined. Relationship between the magnitude of the deformation due to external conditions only and the total deformation under load was evaluated. The problem of implementing corrections for the influence of external conditions is discussed.
