Supply chain risk creates disruption in supply of goods, which occurs due to pandemic, strikes, turn overs, uncertainty in demand. Due that production process stops and rate of product and demand increases. Hence to avoid supply chain risk many researches are conducted and risk factors found. Hence in the chapter a frame work is designed by implementing Industry 5.0 strategies by quality function deployment method and also DEMATEL analysis is conducted to find cause and effect relation between these risk parameters.
