Biomechanical Risk Assessment in Manual Material Handling Job and Sensor of Industry 5.0
摘要
To assess biomechanical risks in manual material handling (MMH) tasks means checking physical strain on workers’ muscles, joints, and bones. This happens during lifts, carries, pushes, or pulls. In construction, these jobs raise the chance of muscle and bone disorders. Repetitive actions, odd body positions, heavy weights, and strong efforts all play a part. Biomechanical checks spot risky tasks. They look at joint positions, back loads, hand grips, and motion paths. In this chapter a study is conducted to find most biomechanical risky operation in construction site workers during MMH, then suggested few sensors of Industry 5.0 to measure force, environmental condition, grip strength during MMH work. Such that the risk can be minimized.
