This chapter elaborates on five typical entropy analysis methods, covering PEPermutation entropy (PE), approximate entropy (ApEn)Approximate entropy (ApEn), DEDispersion entropy (DE), EEEnergy entropy (EE) and SESlope entropy (SE). Moreover, the multiscale, refined, composite and generalized forms of entropy have been expanded by taking the SESlope entropy (SE) as an example.
