This paper presents the development of an automated system for verifying bank transfer slips using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology. The purpose is to enhance efficiency and accuracy for small businesses, non-profit organizations, and individual users. The system integrates OCR with human verification to extract, validate, and record key financial data from diverse and often low-quality images of mobile banking transfer slips. A preliminary testing on 84 real transfer slips, the system achieved an accuracy of 95.24% for slip recognition and 99.23% for monetary values. The results highlight the potential of combining automation and human oversight for reliable financial data processing.
