This chapter presents the results of a questionnaire administered to users, a questionnaire administered to librarians, and nine semi-structured interviews with users, conducted for the purpose of triangulation. The three investigations were analysed and discussed as a single body of evidence derived from the collected data, informing the final proposals for the strategic reshaping of Romanian library services. .
