This chapter presents a comprehensive analysis of findings from the thematic content analysis of expert interviews conducted as part of the study, aimed at addressing the core research questions centered on the concept of “Internal Security Architecture” (ISA). It first offers a robust definition of ISA, grounded in the study’s original empirical findings. It then introduces a set of analytical tools designed to identify, analyze, and describe key ISA components, particularly the Internal Security Centers of Power. Finally, it advocates for revising existing commonly used military planning tools of analysis to better align with ISA principles, anchoring them in both scientific evidence and field experience. The role of gender-equality policies within security services in shaping an effective ISA is additionally highlighted.

摘要
