Peace, Sustainability, and Educators
摘要
The extreme weather events driven by anthropogenic climate change are destabilizing human settlements and sparking migration and conflict. Samrat Pathania, a child of the decades-long Indo-Pakistan conflict, expresses his fear that climate change will create layers of conflict, the likes of which we have never seen before. He argues that, to ensure a livable and equitable future for all, our world needs a profound cultural reinvention with sustainability at the core of our being and doing. He makes the case that teachers must be a key component of that cultural shift.
