Information and Technology Communication of Innovations in the Financial Ecosystem: An Interdisciplinary Dialogue in the International Security and Peace Studies Segment
摘要
Geopolitical location, resource potential and digital transformations make Ukraine an important actor in ensuring regional security and mobility of peacekeeping studies. Information and technological communication requires interdisciplinary dialogue to harmonize investment and regulatory strategies, adopt effective digital solutions and international cooperation for the security and protection of the financial infrastructure of the economy. Scaling innovations plays an important role in ensuring the stability of the financial ecosystem and the security of international transactions. The co-evolutionary relationship between financial and technological innovations is traced through mechanisms for attracting capital, modernization of the financial ecosystem and regulation, mentoring and HR processes. Ukraine demonstrates responsibility to international partners by investing in defense technologies and AI, developing data protection mechanisms to prevent cyberattacks that can destabilize the military economy. The AI assistant on the Action portal promotes digital governance, and cooperation with the EBRD on the creation of a Cybersecurity Center strengthens the protection of Europe’s critical infrastructure. The deployment of the Sandbox initiative will provide startups with free product audits, expert advice and recommendations on legal, business and technical aspects of communicating innovations. To support startups, it is proposed to provide regulated tax benefits, simplify regulatory barriers and create conditions for women entrepreneurs. The medium-term investment plan should focus on defense sectors integrated into budget planning to develop public-private partnerships. New forms of information asymmetry and market inefficiencies, the rapid introduction of innovations such as algorithmic trading or DeFi, create systemic risks and require interdisciplinary dialogue to develop effective regulatory strategies. Transparency of information and virtualization of military-political events will reduce risks, maintaining investor confidence in innovative and security development. The implementation of innovative projects in the field of peacekeeping studies will be facilitated by the promotion of individual development plans (IDPs), formed on the basis of competencies, goals (OKRs) and feedback.
