This study aims to examine effect of workload and work discipline on turnover intention. This research uses quantitative approach; data source is primary, collected via survey questionnaire. Population in this study comprises employees at one of Indonesia’s major FMCG companies; 164 staff members completed a structured five-point Likert scale questionnaire. Data were analyzed via Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Results partially show workload and work discipline exert positive effect on turnover intention. High workload, marked by excessive demands and long working hours, increases employees’ desire to resign. Meanwhile, low work discipline appears in frequent lateness and high absenteeism.
