Healthy aging usher forth the benefits that old age can provide to society. Healthy aging can be achieved by balancing the optimum neuroendocrine via hormonal supplements, optimum physiology and homeostasis resulting in optimum biological and functional capacity with reduced long-term care in elderly. Hormonal supplements and as well other hormonal interventions such as melatonin, phytomelatonin, dehydroepiandrosterone, phytoestrogen, oral modified insulin-like growth factor-I and dietary arginine and selenium induction of insulin-like growth factor-I plausibly have positive effect on the neuroendocrine but with systematic study on their unwanted effects across different decades in the elderly. Here we propose the role of a theoretical visual representation through a Radar diagram to achieve healthy aging or add life to later years by manoeuvring the macro variables like neuroendocrine, physiology and homeostasis, functional and social capacity, long term care while keeping the average life span constant.

摘要
