Personalized Care Through Connected Technology
摘要
Healthcare has changed a lot in the modern world by using technology platforms that help personalize and improve patient care. These platforms use artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), and big data analysis to better track health in real-time, diagnose issues early, and monitor patients remotely. Health professionals may provide patient-centered, data-driven solutions with wearable technology, cloud services, and telemedicine, increasing access to care while reducing costs. However, issues with cybersecurity, system compatibility, and data privacy continue to be major barriers to mainstream adoption. Despite these obstacles, promising developments in precision medicine, early diagnosis, and chronic disease management demonstrate how these technologies can transform healthcare. This study examines recent developments, implementation issues, and prospects for linked healthcare systems in the future. Additionally, it offers strategic recommendations for enhanced patient engagement, regulatory compliance, and sustainable use. Technology platforms can transform healthcare by addressing these issues and offering scalable, proactive, and individualized solutions for various populations.
