The Impact of Augmented Reality on Consumer Perceptions and Purchase Intentions in E-Commerce
摘要
Augmented Reality (AR) is revolutionizing e-commerce by providing immersive and interactive shopping experiences, enhancing consumer engagement, and influencing purchase behavior. This study explores the key determinants affecting consumer perceptions, satisfaction, and purchase intentions within AR-enabled online shopping environments. By leveraging statistical analysis, including ANOVA, correlation, and regression models, this research examines the impact of age, gender, education, occupation, and income on AR adoption. The findings reveal strong correlations between interaction quality, spatial presence, perceived utility, experience, and overall customer satisfaction. Additionally, the study highlights AR’s role in reducing purchase uncertainty, improving product visualization, and increasing consumer confidence in online transactions. Based on empirical evidence, this research provides valuable insights and strategic recommendations for businesses to optimize AR implementation, ensuring a seamless and engaging virtual shopping experience.
