Authors propose a load balance monitoring framework to load incoming requests using heterogeneous dynamic load balancer. The paper exhibits average response time of proposed algorithms in real-time scenario. Proposed framework represents load balance technique with less time consumption. The paper presents comparison graphs for average response time between existing techniques and proposed approach with respect to load balancing. Experimental observations and analysis using statistical data have been shown in this paper.
