Descriptive-exploratory study on workload satisfaction of women employees in public & private health sciences teaching institutions in Wardha. It examines the issues and elements that shaped their satisfaction with workload, exposing considerable disparities between public and private work allocations. Institutional support, workload, career development, and work-life balance were the highly most measured factors influenced job satisfaction among these factors. Such insights are included with respect to perceptions around fairness, equity, workload management effectiveness and how these are related to work environment conditions as well as employee well-being. The institution used this research to make actionable recommendations around improving institutional structures, gender equity, and the creation of supportive work environments. The current study not only adds to the general knowledge of Workload Satisfaction from the perspective of various health sciences institutions, but will also serve as the basis for the future formulation of suitable policies for the establishment of such institutions. In the long run, the objective is to develop women employees professionally and personally, which will promote gender equity, improve workplace conditions and work environment, especially in education and healthcare.
