In this era of technology, use of electronic devices benefits every field in day-to-day life, be it household, military, healthcare, education and training etc. Modern systems use technologies such as embedded systems, Internet of Things (IoT), and advanced microcontrollers to make the tasks easier for humans to perform. Various kitchen appliances are available such as microwave ovens (to cook and heat food), refrigerators (to refrigerate and freeze the food), toasters, coffee makers, food processors etc. which help in reducing the human effort and keep the food preserved for a longer duration of time. As the consumption of dairy products, especially milk, is quite high in India and witnesses an unprecedented demand (with over 207 million metric tons consumed in 2023), the absence of an efficient and customizable milk dispensing and testing system presents a challenge in the market where consumer preferences for convenience and personalization are crucial. This paper introduces “The Smart Pour”, a groundbreaking solution designed to concurrently test milk quality and provide consumers with diverse flavored milk options through a user-friendly interface. The paper outlines the methodology, showcasing the systematic implementation of the proposed solution, using components such as Raspberry Pi4, ultrasonic milk analyzers, pH sensors, peristaltic pumps, cooling system and an LCD touchscreen interface. The device is beneficial to be installed at hotels offering buffet meals, hostels, market and event sites. It offers safety and ease of use to children, the elderly and differently abled people as well, making it an ideal option for household installation as well.

In this era of technology, use of electronic devices benefits every field in day-to-day life, be it household, military, healthcare, education and training etc. Modern systems use technologies such as embedded systems, Internet of Things (IoT), and advanced microcontrollers to make the tasks easier for humans to perform.
