This chapter presents a framework for evaluating how detailed disclosures about AI in health care should be. This simple framework has three steps: first, identify the type of harm that could occur (data-related or physical); second, evaluate the likelihood and the degree of harm; and third, assess risk that a clinician would overly rely on AI. Rather than answering all relevant questions, the framework is an analytical tool.
