The adoption of HWM in the IT trade has generated considerable interest and discussion regarding its impact on job satisfaction among tech professionals. This research aims to measure the implications of hybrid work arrangements on the satisfaction of job of techies in the IT industry. By synthesizing existing literature and conducting empirical research, this research explores various attributes effects satisfaction of job, such as flexibility, work–life balance, communication effectiveness, collaboration, and productivity, within the context of hybrid work environments. Through surveys and interviews with tech professionals, this research seeks to find the perceived advantages and experiments related with hybrid work modes and their influence on overall job satisfaction. Understanding theses dynamics is crucial for organizations and policymakers in optimizing hybrid work preparations to improve job satisfaction, retention, and managerial enactment in the rapidly evolving landscape of the IT industry.
