This study investigates how employee engagement in the information technology (IT) sector is impacted by knowledge management qualities, such as knowledge generation, knowledge capture, and knowledge storage. A structured questionnaire and 317 IT professionals made up the sample size. SPSS was used to analyze the data using statistical procedures including multiple linear regression, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), and reliability testing. The results show a strong and favorable relationship between increased employee engagement and good knowledge management attributes. Employee engagement and involvement are often higher in organizations that support ongoing learning, encourage information exchange through mentoring programs, and have up-to-date knowledge repositories. To maintain a thriving information-driven culture, the report recommends establishing focused efforts like learning workshops, organized coaching, and knowledge audits. It also emphasizes the need for proactive organizational knowledge management to improve employee engagement.
